Although we use exhaustive measures to ensure that our trees will last and be fully functional, we ask that you undertand that Giant Leap's cat trees are made from real trees (this is why you are buying them!) which means that they are imperfect and unpredictable. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the stress that your cat places on the tree will not lead to unforeseen problems (Keep in mind that our tester, Max, is an active, 12 pound cat). We emphasize that our trees are sold AS IS and we do not explicitly guarantee post-purchase service.
With that said, we at Giant Leap take our sales very seriously.We strive to support you for the life of the tree in your home and we will make ourselves available to help you troubleshoot any problems, should they arise. We make house calls when possible (at $0.50/mi. out of our locality) and can solve or fix most problems. We believe you will find that our trees are exceptional in their construction and that we, Giant Leap For Cats, are truly dedicated to your satisfaction.
Warning: Our trees are in no way intended for use by children and we discourage hanging anything from the limbs. Designed for Cats, and cats only, our trees cannot safely hold the weight of even a small child.

Giant Leap For Cats does offer returns of trees in the following condition only: The tree is in an "as sold" condition - no part of the tree has been removed, adjusted, damanged, or soiled in anyway. However, shipping and/or travel costs (to and from Giant Leaps in Etna or to the reseller location where you bought it) are the responsibility of the buyer. Giant Leap will not cover these costs up front nor reimburse them after the fact. |
